What could be more perfect for a spring park wedding than photos in a hummingbird garden overflowing with desert wildflowers? The green tones complimented their wedding pallet, while the little pops of spring color matched their playful personalities. Smiles were in abundance this day!

Mandi and Zack your love and good spirits are contagious. Every one in attendance was instantly filled with joy. From the hilarious ceremony, to the heartfelt moments with family, to the celebration that lasted into the night; your love is obvious and pure. You both are so loved and I have no doubt that carries over into your relationship with each other.

Many many years of happiness to you both...

Oh Meghan and Bryant your love is something special... Did you know that? Every now and then I photograph a wedding that stops me. It brings me back to why I started shooting weddings in the first place. Yours was that wedding for me this year. For that I thank you. It is so easy to burn out in this industry. Then the light and love of two people grabs you and pull you back up. Bring that light back.

Out on a beautiful private ranch in Williamson Valley, Arizona, Meghan and Bryant became husband and wife. Before God, their family and friends they said their vows and promised their lives to each other. Gray tones complimented the pops of color that were incorporated throughout the wedding theme. From the sentimental bridal bouquet with flowers from the Meghan's sister's grave to the cheery, colorful bottles and jars that added a touch of whimsey to the dinner tables, every detail was perfect. Huge shade trees hung with various swings gave relief to the 100 degree June heat. Every one celebrated and danced as if the heat wasn't even noticeable. It's amazing what a joyful heart does for the body and mind.

Congratulations Mr and Mrs. Calzaretta!

From the moment I first spoke with Niki about her wedding I knew it was going to be a big party! She wanted it to be fun and encompass who they are as people. A bit country with a dash of rocker mixed in. She even walked down the aisle to a Metallica song!

The ceremony began with a surprise for their guests. Niki was driven up in an old pick up and she was handed off from one father to the next where her and Todd saw each other for the first time that day. Amongst their family and friends Niki and Todd became Mr and Mrs. Wilson on Sunday, May 31st 2105 at Granite Creek Vineyards in Chino Valley, Arizona.

Large wedding parties are always a lot of fun! You can feel the love and support they have for the bride and groom. And it isn't too long, actually right from the start, everyone is ready to celebrate! And that is just what they did at a gorgeous evening sunbathed reception.  Toasts were made, cake was cut and what looked to be nearly everyone there lined up for the Dollar Dance.

Nikki and Todd may you always remember the way you two felt that night. Love in your hearts under a sky full of stars!

This wedding. <3 Oh it was so cute! The make you wanna pinch it's little cheeks kind of cute! With an clever "Up" inspired theme complete with "Kevin" (the friendly vineyard peacock) it was perfect. Adriana and Zack were married on May 16th at Granite Creek Vineyards in Chino Valley.

After a tearful first look with Adriana's father, we set up a private moment for Zack and Adriana to spend together while still honoring their traditional belief's in not seeing each other prior to the ceremony. I must say that it was probably my favorite moment from this wedding! On each side of the barn door they were able to hold hands and talk to each other but not SEE the other person. I can only imagine how it must have felt to be so close to the person you are moments from spending the rest of your life with. How hard it must have been to not run around to the other side of that door! It was worth it. Their faces say it all. <3

A beautiful ceremony was followed by a lovely reception. Dinner and dancing wrapped up the night, but not before I was able to sneak in one last romantic night shot amongst the roses.

Anyone who has seen me shoot a wedding knows that I get misty eyed. Every. Time. BUT this one really got me. I could feel the love they had for each other as two families became one.

With their children beside them as the wedding party and their family and friends looking on Brenda and Steve said "I do" at the Prescott, Resort.. The rain clouds cleared and made way for a beautiful warm sunshine filled ceremony over looking historic Prescott., AZ.

Golden sunflowers and pops of turquoise made for a cheery country theme. Boots and cowboy hats completed their look. Handmade items, such as her necklace and the burlap n' lace aisle runner, made this wedding feel deeply personal and filled with joy.

We wrapped up the evening with photos in front of a breathtaking Arizona sunset. Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Stinson (and kidos too)!

he last wedding I shoot of the year is always leaves me with a bitter sweet feeling. As I reflect back on the wonderful couples I had the honor of photographing I feel so blessed and grateful to have been a part of those moments. At the same time I know it will be a few months before I shoot another wedding and so I soak up every moment of it. Breanna and Justin's big day was just that wedding for me this year. It had a soft, airy lightness to it that I thoroughly enjoyed photographing. If you follow me on Facebook then you know how obsessed with her bouquet I am!

They said "I do" before God, their family and friends at Talking Rock Golf and Country Club in Prescott, Arizona. After a beautiful spiritual ceremony we headed off for bride and groom formals. The light was AMAZING! If I can give engaged couples one piece of advice is that golden hour (the hour before the sun sets) is the absolute BEST time for those photos. It's flattering swoon-worthy light at it's finest! In my opinion you simply cannot beat it.

Congratulations Breanna on becoming his Mrs. and and to Justin for becoming her Mr. <3

Until just a few short weeks ago I had no idea that Potato Patch, Arizona even existed.  Tucked away in the mountains up a rather narrow dirt road (that I imagine as terrifying on a snowy day) is a gorgeous little spot that Meghan has been coming for years. Aspens reach for the sky and cabins dot the landscape. Throw in some fall color and what you get is nothing short of lovely.

Andrew and Maddy got married at beautiful Talking Rock Ranch in Prescott, Arizona on August 3rd, 2014. If rain on your wedding day is supposed to be good luck then these two will no doubt be luckiest couple there is! However, the sun was kind, kissing our beautiful bride's cheeks allowing us to step outside and capture some lovely moments on the golf course.
